Deve conter informa\u00e7\u00f5es claras, objetivas e imparciais, e deve seguir normas e metodologias espec\u00edficas de acordo com a \u00e1rea de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o do perito. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like any official document, it must follow official writing standards, informing and communicating with impersonality, clarity, conciseness, formality, and uniformity, as well as adhering to the standards of scientific writing with the rigor that forensic sciences demand. The expert report should accurately describe its recipient, the object and objective, the method and methodology, the materials used, the examinations performed, the technical-expert considerations, the answers to the questions, the impartial technical conclusion without value judgments of the expert, and any possible annexes. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portanto, ao elaborar um documento t\u00e3o importante, o perito oficial deve ser meticuloso no desempenho de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es e n\u00e3o deve agir de forma tendenciosa ou com base no senso comum.
